Jeff Williams-Tracy

Jeff is a partner with Fletcher, Tydings, Williams-Tracy & Gott, PLLC, a Charlotte, NC, law firm. Jeff has practiced law in North Carolina since 1994 and since that time has represented hundreds of individuals and families in their estate planning endeavors. Jeff graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law and has worked in Charlotte his entire career. In addition to work in wills and estate administration, Jeff has substantial experience representing parents and gestational surrogates in the legal creation of their families. That work includes significant contract drafting and negotiation and work obtaining birth certificates.
